Creating a seamless travel experience for passengers

A&A WORKS TO CHANGI AIRPORT TERMINAL 1, 2 & 3

The addition and improvement works to bus gates at Changi Airport Terminals 1, 2 and 3 are aimed at upgrading current gates and gatehold rooms, and to create a seamless experience for departing passengers.

The scope of work includes 10 bus gates to be revamped; new lift, escalator and staircases; expansion of gatehold rooms to house additional security screening units; enhancement of bus boarding experience by minimising the exposure to weather, minimising level changes and facilitating wheelchair passengers.
