BLUEWATER HOTEL EXPANSION IN MARIBAGO

The Bluewater Resort in Mactan is set to expand with a 65-room "green building".

The resort that sits on a five-hectare property, initially operates a total of 190 rooms. The additional building features smart amenities including Virtual Technology (VR), Artificial Intelligence (AI), an integration of chat-booths ad AI to boost its 24/7 customer service, and etc.

In accordance with the Department of Tourism’s (DOT) sustainable tourism programs, the Bluewater Resort only used and employ fixtures that has no or less environmental impact.The Group is also exploring on using solar energy for the entire property’s power consumption. The Rider Levett Bucknall provided Project/Construction Management and Quantity Surveying services to it.
