Designed by the internationally renowned Lead8 and Goettsch Partners, the project will evolve as a new commercial ecosystem with The MixC shopping mall, the luxury Four Seasons Hotel and Grade A office buildings to become an ideal place for working, shopping, leisure and entertainment.

With a gross floor area of approximately 256,000 square metres, the complex is composed of two 130-metre tall towers with podium. The development featuring a 6-level basement has a foundation pit of 34.6 metres, the deepest among the commercial projects in Zhejiang province.
