PUNP Admin Building is a six-storey building designed to be iconic to have sharp contrast to the natural settings.

The entire development is planned to be walkable, bike-ableand pedestrian oriented. The roads within the area are smaller in width to minimize flow of traffic.

The Admin Building has an estimated Gross Floor Area of 2, 385 square meters with a Building Footprint of 406 square meters and a Building Height of 22 meters. It is consists of a Lounge at the groundfloor, Admission at the second floor, Faculty Area at the third floor, Executive Floor at the fourth floor, Executive office at the fifth floor and a Function Hall at the sixth floor.
