SCHOOL OF CREATIVE/VISUAL ARTS BUILDING, HONG KONG BAPTIST UNIVERSITY

This development is a 10-storey building of about 17,759 square metres, housing Baptist University's School of Communication and School of Creative/Visual Arts.

The project includes the construction of the substructure, superstructure and envelope, and provision of fittings, finishes and decoration, lifts, building services and underground drainage.

It includes offices, lecture theatres, classrooms, studios, laboratories, workshops, a gallery, a library, media and resources rooms, a storage area for the faculty departments and car parks.
