The Design
Bugis junction is an integrated development consisting of a retail mall, an office tower and the InterContinental Singapore Hotel. The original development was completed in 1995 and subsequent upgrading/ refurbishment works were carried out and completed from 2007 to 2011.
The Details
The mixed-use development is a recipient of the BCA Green Mark Platinum Award for existing non-residential buildings.
RLB provided quantity surveying services for the original development and the subsequent upgrading/refurbishment works.
