The Design
To provide technology infrastructure by creating specialist laboratories, research and development (R&D) offices, food and beverage centres, car parking facilities and extensive landscaped space.
The Details
Covering a gross floor area of 105,000 square metres on a 6.24-hectare site at Pak Shek Kok, the project adopted the latest green technologies and sustainable building design. As a result, the building has achieved numerous sustainable design awards.
