At the presentation ceremony of RICS Hong Kong Awards 2023 held on 13 October, RLB is proud to receive Winner of Quantity Surveying Team of the Year for the third consecutive year, a testament to the professional value we bring to the industry. 

Kenneth Kwan, Chairman of RLB’s North Asia said, “Teamwork is an essential component of any successful organization, and RLB is no exception. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to our staff and management for their invaluable contributions to the company’s success.”

RLB also shared the honour and pride to have supported clients on three prestigious projects that were awarded the following Awards demonstrating our all-round strengths in project management, sustainability and research and development:

  • Winner of Construction Project Management Team of the Year:

The Hong Kong Palace Museum by West Kowloon Cultural District Authority, Rider Levett Bucknall Ltd., Rocco Design Architects Associates Ltd., ARUP, China State Construction Engg.(HK) Ltd.

  • Winner of Research Team of the Year:

  • Winner of Sustainability Award:
