JINLING CENTRAL MIXED-USE DEVELOPMENT

Located in the most prosperous Xinjiekou commercial district, the Jinling Central Mixed-use development is poised to become a new landmark of commercial and culture centre in Nanjing.

The development is split into two sites. One site comprises an office tower, a serviced apartment and a seven-storey shopping mall while the other site is composed of an office tower and a four-storey shopping mall. The two sites are connected by a bridge at the podium level and the four-level basement corridors. Reverse engineering is adopted in the construction of this complex.
