XIAMEN ETON CENTRE

A recessed central courtyard and public plaza has two major elements rise vertically from it: an 18-storey hotel and a 40-storey, 210-metre SOHO tower, both curved as if carved by water. The site is connected to the surrounding city by pedestrian walkways.

Eton Centre has two towers and a shopping centre. It has a land area of about 21,810 square metres and a total gross floor area of about 350,000 square metres.

When complete, the project will include a five-star hotel of 60,000 square metres, a serviced apartment building of 170,000 square metres, a Grade A office building of about 170,000 square metres, a commercial building of about 40,000 square metres, and an underground car park with 1,600 spaces.
