Since the beginning of 2020, the epidemic of COVID-19 had affected our office operations and our lives. Many of our offices in Mainland China were out of operation during the lock-down period as mandated by the local governments. During the lockdown, RLB implemented working from home (WFH) policy where appropriate. In Hong Kong and Macau offices, we also adopted WFH policy and flexi-time working such as to avoid congregation of staff members at any one time. Besides, a thank you pack, consisting of surgical masks, a hand sanitizer and a cash coupon, was distributed to colleagues as a token of appreciation of their support during this hard time.

To render our support to the construction industry in Hong Kong, RLB made a donation to the “Construction Industry Caring Campaign for Fight Against Novel Coronavirus” organised by Construction Industry Council. The campaign provides financial support to the construction workers whose lives are affected by the COVID-19 epidemic, as well as showing due care for them and their family.
