The RICS Awards Hong Kong Presentation Ceremony 2020 took place on 7th December.

RLB projects garnered good results at the ceremony as they took all three awards in the “Construction Project Team of the Year” category.

Winner: Victoria Dockside

Located at the Tsim Sha Tsui harbourfront, Victory Dockside (K11 Musea) is the new landmark to the city. The building is a 65-storey tower including K11 Atelier offices, a six-star hotel: Rosewood Hong Kong, a 21-storey serviced-residential tower K11 ARTUS, and a 10-storey art mall. The building features a unique blend of design fused with arts and culture.

Excellence: Xiqu Centre

The “Xiqu Centre” (a Chinese Opera House), a winning design of an international design competition, was inspired by traditional Chinese lanterns. The eight-storey building housing a Grand Theatre, a Tea House Theatre, studios, seminar hall and F&B facilities, which were designed to the world’s best-in-class acoustic performance and theatre design standard.

Excellence: 8 Bay East (“The Neo”)

Located in the heart of CBD2 in Kwun Tong, 8 Bay East is a Grade A office tower, enjoying a spectacular view of the Victoria Harbour. The building sets a new benchmark for office tower by integrating intelligent building facilities, advance technologies and differentiated management services.
