We believe that when we bring people together, the right people doing things the right way, we make progress for our clients and communities.

By progress, we mean landmark buildings which define city skylines and national identities; sustainable places for people to live, work and enjoy, from a single building to whole neighbourhoods; and modern, resilient and cost-effective infrastructure that forms the foundation of thriving societies and economies.

Our expertise has helped bring to life some of the world’s most ambitious and iconic projects, including Sydney Opera House, Marina Bay Sands, Louvre Abu Dhabi and Shanghai Tower.

We are passionate about what we do and proud of the contribution we make to creating a better, fairer built environment for everyone.

OUR VALUES UNDERPIN EVERYTHING WE DO

RLB is a place where people make progress because we are guided and inspired by our company values: Truth, Trust, Together, Tomorrow.

The collective voice of all 4,600 of our global colleagues shaped their creation. They embody what our people told us mattered most to them.

More than words, our values represent principles we have always followed. They inform our decision-making every day.
