PROJECT SPOTLIGHT: LUCENT W1

Lucent W1 combines best-in-class offices with retail, hospitality and residential spaces to create an exciting new destination directly behind London’s iconic Piccadilly Lights. RLB’s cost management experts played a key part in this landmark building’s successful regeneration.

I worked on this once-in-a-lifetime project for nearly seven years and it has been the absolute pinnacle of my professional career to date.

Project Spotlight: BSA Roundtable

RLB brought together industry leaders and stakeholders from the construction and property management sector to discuss the key lessons learnt since the secondary legislation of the Building Safety Act came into effect.

I was privileged to be one of the panellists who shared our hopes for the positive outcomes of the Act, and our insights on how to stay compliant in this new age of building safety.
