Rider Levett Bucknall UK (RLB UK) has been officially recognised for the 18th consecutive year by the Top Employers Institute as a Top Employer UK 2024.

Top Employers Institute is the global authority on recognising excellence in people practices. The Top Employers Institute programme certifies organisations based on the results of an HR Best Practices Survey, which covers 20 topics including People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Wellbeing and more.
