Over 30 consultants provide cost consultancy for building, contractor and civil works, creating solutions for clients that are profitable, innovative and sustainable.
Underpinning the work is a calculation tool called Calc Frame. This was developed in-house to provide calculations / estimates for both traditional 2D-drawings and 3D-models (BIM).
Each year, it generates estimates that are significantly above 100 MdSEK.
Clients include investors, developers, consultants, project management companies, entrepreneurs, auditing firms, and law firms.
Key projects include; the new bio-cogeneration plant – BIO4 in Copenhagen, and student accommodation – BaseCamp Lyngby, and currently the extension of the rail network in Tampere, Finland.
