Ashley is a Partner and responsible for RLB’s Sales, Marketing and Communications across the UK and Europe. She leads RLB’s go-to-market strategy with a focus on understanding client drivers and providing valued solutions to complex real estate issues. A real people-person, Ashley enjoys nothing more than helping her team thrive in RLB’s supportive, family-centric culture.
An entrepreneur and seasoned marketing and business development (BD) consultant, Ashley set up and ran her own successful recruitment and consulting business for 15 years, following an extensive career in professional services marketing and BD. Her experience includes supporting the launch of a number of start-ups, as well as consulting at some of the world’s largest law firms, real estate and accountancy practices, including Baker McKenzie, CBRE and EY.
Ashley holds an Executive MBA with distinction in strategic marketing from Kingston University.
