Carolyn Brady is a Partner and regional lead for RLB’s Northern Ireland office. Having joined RLB’s Manchester office in 2017, Carolyn relocated back to Belfast in 2020 to open RLB’s first office in the region.
A Chartered Building Surveyor by background, Carolyn has extensive experience across sectors, including education, retail, commercial and public and civic delivering a range of service solutions including built asset consultancy, strategic asset management, project delivery and professional services.
A passionate supporter of our next generation, Carolyn is co-chair of RLB’s Future Professional Forum and an active member of our internal Women’s Community.
Carolyn is a non-executive member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Regional Board in Northern Ireland, an RICS APC Assessor and an active STEM ambassador.
Carolyn has been awarded with multiple awards in the industry, including the PropertyPal Award for Property Professional of the Year 2022, the Belfast Telegraph Award for Young Property Professional of the Year 2023, and the RICS Matrics Awards for Building Surveyor/Control Surveyor of the Year as well as Matrics Surveyor of the Year 2023.
