Gemma is a RICS chartered surveyor and leads on projects of varying scales and most recently has been procuring a large cut and carve office redevelopment near St Paul’s Cathedral. Gemma has fit-out experience from full-scale strip out, cut and carve to more complex intervention refurbishments.
Gemma’s experience is primarily in media fit-out, but she has also spent time working on heritage projects, property development for maximising site values and oversite development, large scale infrastructure, and data centres.
Gemma started her career in main contracting. She has also worked client-side but has spent most of her 20 years in construction working in consultancy. She believes we are at an exciting juncture for offices with a real opportunity to make the office function so much more than workplace and desks. Exciting, enticing, and feel-good spaces are needed to bring people and teams together.
