Steven Boulter is a chartered health & safety practitioner leading our London office. With over 16 years construction and health & safety consultancy experience, he has worked across the residential sector having completed a larger number of projects with Notting Hill Gensis, Cambridge City Council, Peabody, RBKC, The Guinness Partnership, Hill Partnerships Ltd and Network Homes.
Steven worked with Notting Hill Genesis (formally Notting Hill Housing) within a CDM advisor role on their planned and responsive frameworks. This provided him with a great understanding of the management processes required for maintaining and refurbishing large housing stock.
Steven is currently working on a number of high rise buildings which are required to meet the full extent of the Building Safety Act and associated secondary legislation. He is assisting the client and project team to navigating all the current and future requirements.
