BAKU 2015 GAMES

The Baku 2015 European Games included 18 sports venues, an Athletes' Village, IBC, and other non-competition venues.

About 6,000 athletes from 50 countries took part in 20 sports.
Games of this size usually have a seven-year delivery program. This took only 3 years and was valued at $22 million.
RLB provided early cost estimating and budget setting for the temporary overlay, overseeing the delivery phase of the project. Services included:
