Commercial Success
We embrace Building Information Modelling (BIM) as part of our service delivery and work within a BIM environment across all of our service areas. Our office in Hong Kong was certified as a quantity surveying consultant firm in compliance with ISO 19650-2:2018, recognising our commitment and leadership to the digitisation of information. We publish a set of standard documents named “RLB 5D BIM Standards for Use in Hong Kong” to serve as a communication bridge between the quantity surveyor’s measurement rules and the BIM naming convention, outlining the cost-related information to be included in BIM models for the purpose of Quantity Take-off (QTO) from design stage to project completion.
