Rider Levett Bucknall UK (RLB UK)  has been officially recognised for the 13th consecutive year by the Top Employers Institute as a Top Employer UK 2019 for excellence in employee conditions.

RLB UK was awarded the accolade for its dedication to providing the very best working environment for employees through its progressive ‘people-first’ HR practices.

As an independent HR certification company, the Top Employers Institute assesses participants through their global HR Best Practices Survey. In order to be certified, organisations must successfully achieve the required minimum standard as set out by the Top Employers Institute.
