RLB’s UK and Europe Chief Executive, Andrew Reynolds has been appointed to RICS’ Standards and Regulation Board (SRB), to help shape the future of the chartered surveying and the built environment industry.

Andrew, who will undertake this appointment alongside his commitment as Chief Executive of RLB UK and Europe, will use his understanding of the macro-level factors affecting the construction industry to enable chartered professionals to drive positive change and best practice across business.

With over 25 years within the industry this appointment recognises Andrew’s contribution to the profession as well as his vision and passion for it.  He will work with the RICS board to focus on critical issues accelerating the evolution of the industry, including the leverage of data and the development of sustainability services.

Andrew comments,

“It is an honour to serve the members of this long-standing institution, especially when the opportunity for change in our industry has never been greater or more urgent. I am committed to playing my part in delivering RICS’ vision of an inclusive and sustainable built environment for future generations.”

Andrew is a Fellow of RICS, having been a member since 1999. He is also a member of the Institute of Directors and the Association for Project Management. He sits on the Construction Leadership Council Next Generation Delivery and is a guest lecturer at the University of Reading.
