Huge congratulations go to Joseph Campbell, Associate Building Surveyor, who has been announced as the winner of the Building Surveying category at the prestigious RICS Matrics Young Surveyor of the Year Awards 2021.

Joseph’s career progression reflects his professionalism, principles, leadership and expertise when working with clients and collaborating and supporting colleagues.

He commented “Some milestones in your career you plan for and spend time preparing and working towards, others you don’t plan for and don’t expect, but they become milestones none the less; this was one of those times. I am proud to have achieve this award and want to thank everyone including my RLB team for the support, mentorship and camaraderie I receive, which is always beyond expectations.”

Each year the RICS Matrics UK Young Surveyor Awards recognise outstanding inspiring talent, set to be the future leaders in the profession. This year RLB UK had one shortlist in the Project Management category – Nikita Badesha, and three shortlists in the Building Surveying category with James McKenzie and Adam Wood being shortlisted alongside Joseph Campbell.
