Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB), has been awarded a place on the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Project Management and Full Design Team Services framework to provide Cost Consultant Services (Lot 4). In total, the framework is expected to be worth between £1.6bn and £2.8bn over a 4-year period.

CCS is one of the biggest public procurement organisations in Europe and an Executive Agency of the Cabinet Office. It leads on developing and implementing the UK’s public sector procurement policy and delivering government’s commercial policy priorities.

Ann Bentley, Global Chair for RLB, said: “We are delighted to have been awarded a place by CCS as a supplier of Cost Consultant Services. We are very pleased to be able to build on the relationship we have had with government procurement services over the last twenty years which demonstrates the strength of both our customer service and delivery across the UK.”

“Our Cost Consultant Services agreement supports the Government’s policy to centrally manage the procurement of common goods and services through an integrated function at the heart of government. With my role on the Government’s Construction Leadership Council, I believe this centralised approach will not only drive best value but has the opportunity to significantly improve the quality of the built environment.”

The Crown Commercial Service (CCS) supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services.
