We are delighted to announce the creation of the Rider Levett Bucknall Futures Board, a fourteen-strong group of exceptional talent from within our business.

In a move designed to recognise and harness the ideas and initiatives of our staff members, the Futures Board will promote change and explore new ways to engage with our industry, shape our services and inspire future generations of RLB.

The members of the Futures Board represent a diverse group who work across a range of services and sectors:

  • Craig Badger, Birmingham
  • Sam Bensky, Manchester
  • Craig Brown, Manchester
  • Lucy Darling, London
  • James Clark, Manchester
  • Lara Giles, London
  • Haidee Gonsalves, London
  • Gilly Haskey, London
  • Seb Kerry, London
  • Mike Thompson, Birmingham
  • Allan Trotter, London
  • Barry Williams, Welwyn
  • Tom Wooster, London

Members of the Futures Board will regularly sit at our Executive Partner Board meetings, providing members with an insight into the senior leadership and operations within our business.

The Futures Board will run on a two-year cycle, meeting regularly to take on specific business challenges and projects agreed by themselves and the Executive Partner Board. It is part of RLB’s commitment to inspire our talented staff, aiming to provide members with real responsibilities and opportunities to gain new skills, knowledge, experience and give a platform to challenge and influence our senior leaders.

Mark Schumann, EPB Member who will work closely with the Futures Board, said:

“This is a fantastic and unique opportunity for not only this set of young leaders, but also those that will take up positions on the Futures Board in years to come. Our members will help shape the future of our business, as well as gain experience of senior leadership and management that will help them as they progress their careers. In doing so, RLB gains direct access to the skills and insight of our exciting team all of whom are digitally savvy and happy to push boundaries.”
