Julian Henley is a Partner of RLB in the UK and National Head for Public and Civic. He is responsible for leading our sector activity across the UK helping public sector clients to maximise their assets and portfolios in sustainable, resilient and digital ways.
Over the past 25+ years Julian has led operational and business growth across a variety of sectors including defence, housing, regeneration, waste, water and industrial.
Specialising in the delivery of public sector projects and programmes, Julian has led the operational growth of Project Management and multi-disciplinary consultancy services to a range of Central, Regional and Local Government clients. As a sales leader he has acted as Bid Director on strategically important or complex bids and pursuits, managed numerous key accounts, and leads significant national multi-disciplinary frameworks.
Julian is a Chartered Civil Engineer and member of the Association for Project Management and Institution of Civil Engineers and holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering with Management from University of Sunderland.
