NEW BUILD ACQUISITION PROGRAM, NATIONAL

Since 2003, RLB has been working with Marston's, creating new buildings and converted public houses, restaurants and hotels.

In 2009, we helped Marston’s launch a design-and-build exercise to deliver 60 new-build pubs until the end of 2012.
RLB was retained to provide technical due diligence in the acquisition of the new build sites across England and Wales
The continued success of the new pubs provided the Marston’s Board with the confidence to extend the program into Greater London and Scotland, to build a further 50 pubs by 2015.
For a potential site, our service identified, mitigated and managed risk and generated construction cost certainty.
With up to 150 live sites under assessment at any one time, the program was managed and monitored via a bespoke ‘Project Portal’ designed, created and hosted by RLB for the whole program team.
