Building a canal-side hotel in an historic neighbourhood

PREMIER INN, STRATFORD UPON AVON

Built alongside the canal, the Stratford Upon Avon project is a hotel with 130 bedrooms, and retail units on the ground floor.

This timber-frame building is clad in timber, brickwork and render.
RLB acted as employer’s agent and quantity surveyor.
