As one of the largest city-centre office developments outside London, Snowhill is also one of the most successful commercial schemes.

It secured pre-lets to KPMG, Barclays and Wragge & Co and post-completion lettings to DWF and i2.
The three buildings sit in a quality master-planned public space that features a 200-metre covered concourse, one of the largest Green Walls in Europe.
When completed, the Snowhill scheme will provide a base for nearly 8,000 people in over 74,322 square metres of office space.
