RLB UK has been appointed by the University of Leeds onto its Professional Services Consultancy Framework for Cost Management Consultancy.

This is the second win in as many weeks for RLB UK from the University of Leeds as the firm was awarded a Project Management Consultancy place in early March. This adds to an already existing place on the much sought after framework providing Building Surveying Consultancy.

Running for four years, the framework has a total value of over £15.5 million fees and relates to the University’s capital investment programme for works on projects with a value of over £2 million.  The University’s key drivers for developing their estates include student experience, research excellence, sustainability and passivhaus design.

The consultancy framework services will deliver a range of projects including new build and refurbishment on the universities largely listed estate buildings.

Matt Summerhill, Managing Partner, RLB in Yorkshire & Humber said: “Being appointed by the University of Leeds for a third time onto this innovative framework to provide Cost Management Consultancy is a superb credit to the team.  Providing Cost Management Consultancy, alongside Project Management and Building Surveying, is a ringing endorsement of both the strength and depth of the services we are incredibly proud to offer our clients as well our continuing investment in the Leeds City Region.”
