Building’s Top 150 Consultants Survey 2023 has been released and we’re proud to announce that RLB has moved up the rankings in the table to 15th place overall.

In the 2023 results, RLB has:

  • moved up one position to No.15 overall
  • moved up one position to No.5 in Quantity Surveyors’ rankings
  • maintained our position at No.3 for Building Surveying
  • maintained our position at No.8 for Project Management

Andrew Reynolds, Global Chairman and Chief Executive UK & Europe, commented: “This result is a testament to the brilliant people we have working at RLB. It demonstrates the continued drive to provide the best solutions for our clients, the ambition to make positive change in the industry and RLB’s commitment to developing our people, increasing the number of chartered employees by 25%. As one of the few independent firms ranking in the top end of the table, I am absolutely delighted with RLB’s position.”

The results were concluded from over 350 firms that provided details on the number of chartered staff, non-chartered and technical staff, and domestic and worldwide fee incomes. Companies were also asked questions relating to their staff recruitment, wage patterns, margins, areas of work and work expectations.
