Leading property, construction and management consultancy, Rider Levett Bucknall UK (RLB) has announced two key Building Surveying appointments to its West and Wales regional team. 

John Bird has been appointed as a Partner overseeing the Building Surveying teams working in Bristol and Cardiff. John has also been joined by Bradley Smith as an Associate as RLB continues to grow its business across the region.

John and Bradley bring a wealth of experience and knowledge with them having worked previously for built environment consultancies across the Southwest and Wales including Gleeds and WSP.

We have been delighted to welcome John as Building Surveying Lead Partner and now Bradley as an Associate to the RLB West and Wales team. On joining RLB, John Bird, Partner and regional Building Surveying lead, said:

Bradley Smith, Associate at RLB, added:

John and Bradley are both reporting into RLB’s newly appointed National Head of Building Surveying, Steve Reynolds, who was promoted from within the business.

RLB is working on a number of projects across the region in the residential, infrastructure, commercial and education sectors including: University of Bristol, BANES, SERCO, Bristol City Council, Coleg Gwent and WEPCo.
