An independent judging panel of experts, all whom identify as ethnically diverse, has rewarded RLB with a Race Equality Matters’(REM) Trailblazer Bronze status.
Showing how RLB as an organisation has made a meaningful impact on tackling race inequality, the recognition illustrates RLB’s commitment to fairness and equality of opportunity and an inclusive and safe working environment for all.
The REM Trailblazer status identifies what makes a meaningful impact, encourages those making an impact to keep to momentum going and will inspire others to up their game.
Trailblazer team commented, “RLB is leading the way in creating change.”
