Independent property, construction and management consultancy Rider Levett Bucknall UK (RLB) has been appointed to Notting Hill Genesis’ new Development Consultancy framework.

One of the largest housing associations in the country, Notting Hill Genesis owns and manages more than 66,000 homes across London and the South-East.

The Development Consultancy framework has been put in place to support the housing association’s ambitious regeneration plans which include the delivery of 7,000 new homes in Greater London over the next five years.

RLB has been successful in gaining a place on two lots, Cost Consultants and Employer’s Agent. The new framework started in June 2022 and will run for a minimum of four years.

Paul Sambrook, Partner and Head of Residential at RLB UK, comments: “With quality, affordable housing remaining such a pressing need, we are very pleased to be supporting Notting Hill Genesis with its large-scale development delivery plan focused on creating diverse and thriving communities in Greater London.”

Jeremy Spill, Partner and Framework Lead, at RLB UK, added. “It is a real privilege to have been appointed by Notting Hill Genesis. We are very excited to be part of the team that will be working on estate regeneration schemes in Greater London which have a commitment to provide affordable housing for all at their core.”
