Heart of the Greater Icknield regeneration area to the West of Birmingham city centre.
Designed by Claridge Architects, the Soho Wharf project consist of 102 two and three-bedroom townhouses, and 650 one and two-bedroom apartments.
The project will provide new homes for around 2,000 people, which adds to the ongoing Greater Icknield Masterplan producing a brand new Canal Quarter. This will be surrounding the 12 acre site which the local area will benefit from.
RLB UK is providing Cost Management, and Employer’s Agent services.
The approved scheme is the largest brownfield housing-led redevelopment framework within Birmingham. Therefore, it is strategically important for the long-term regeneration of the area, which is already undergoing a major change.
