Sam Barnes is a Partner of RLB in the UK and is National Head of Cost Management. He joined RLB in 2021 and has responsibility for the operation, performance and continual development and improvement of the service line, while also taking P&L responsibility for the London cost management team.
With over 20 years of industry experience, Sam has worked in a variety of sectors and project types, as well as performed in leadership roles in a variety of settings, including consulting, contracting, and facilities management.
He is passionate about developing teams, driving innovation in the construction industry and advocating grass roots career identification and development opportunities.
Sam is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
