Commercial Success
Make data-driven decisions
Make informed decisions with better data. The data behind TCM has been collected from numerous sources, including industry-published data and our own data from previous and live projects. Our experts harness this data at all project stages, from initial feasibility through to financial close and operation. Our model can be used for any concession length, from individual assets to large portfolios.
Minmise cost, maximise value
Life cycle planning forecasts property-related costs following construction and after building condition assessments. Our experts provide capital cost information that contributes to the design process to support data-driven design and investment decisions. By using elemental life cycle reporting, we can minimise life cycle costs and maximise critical construction value, improving the cost-effectiveness of property maintenance and replacement projects.

Improve building sustainability
BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Methodology) sustainable building accreditation requires life cycle planning. We can meet this requirement through our TCM system, which streamlines the delivery of life cycle models in accordance with ISO 15686-5 Buildings and Constructed Assets – Service Life Planning Part 5.
Enhance construction value
Life cycle planning can drive efficiency from future estate liabilities. It can also be used at each stage of the property life cycle to enhance construction value through a structured assessment of maintenance, repair and replacement requirements through to assessment of end of building life costs. Our experts will show you how.
