Chris Hartley is a Partner of RLB in the UK, and National Head of Building Surveying and Health and Safety services.
He has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, working with regional and national clients across the public and private sectors.
Chris specialises in helping clients optimise their built assets and investments, delivering improvements through tailored advice underpinned by technical best practice. Chris incorporates the latest innovations and technology to create solutions, focused on delivering customer service excellence.
Graduating from the Bartlett School of Architecture, University College London, and following several successful years in construction management, Chris joined RLB in 2002, to head up the Building Surveying team in RLB’s Manchester office. He is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and is also a member of the Association of Project Safety and a member of the Association of Project Management.
