Health & Safety and Assurance
Manage safety more effectively
One of the foundations of a high-performing business is an effective safety management system. RLB can improve yours by carrying out an appraisal of your organisation’s approach to compliance. Our experts can assist in identifying areas for development, creating action plans with priorities and timelines, and providing full support for their implementation, enabling you to create a positive organisational culture.
Eliminate or mitigate risk
Organisational risk assessments enable businesses to identify hazards and plan for their control and management. RLB offers a scope of corporate risk assessments, covering workplaces and construction sites to manual handling and the Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmospheres Regulations (DSEAR) 2002. Our assessments are designed to offer practical recommendations to eliminate or mitigate any identified issues.
Deliver bespoke safety training
Health and safety compliance encompasses diverse topics but not all organisations have the resources to ensure their employees are equipped with all the skills and knowledge needed to stay healthy and work safely. Our knowledgeable and qualified experts can deliver a wide range of in-house health and safety training courses to meet your specific requirements.
Improve construction site safety
An excellent health and safety record should be intrinsic to every organisation’s quality culture. We have extensive experience in construction health and safety and can assist you at every stage of the project delivery process. This includes policies and procedural development, construction-phase safety planning and documentation, site safety inspections and auditing, accident investigation, and on-site health and safety management.
